7nirguṇḍīsvarase cātha lāṅgalīmūlakalkitam .
tailaṃ nasyānnihantyāśu gaṇḍamālāṃ sudāruṇam .. 27 ..

And oil [cooked] in the fresh juice of nirguṇḍī with a paste of lāṅgalī root, / applied as nasal medication, quickly destroys severe gaṇḍamālā. (27)
