āsthāpanaṃ cirodbhūte deyaṃ doṣādyapekṣayā .
kriyā śuddhasya śamanī hyanubandhavyapekṣayā .. 2 ..

and, when [the disease] is chronic, a non-unctuous enema should be given, with regard to the doṣas and other factors. / For one who is cleansed, pacifying treatment should be done with regard to the secondary morbid association.
