20gāyatrīsāratulayerimavalkalānāṃ
sārdhaṃ tulāyugalamambughaṭaiścaturbhiḥ .
niḥkvāthya pādamavaśiṣṭaṃ suvastrapūtaṃ
bhūyaḥ pacedatha śanairmṛdupāvakena .. 114 ..

With a tulā of heartwood of gāyatrī and two and a half tulās
of bark of irimeda, boiled in four vessels of water
and reduced to one-fourth, strained through a clean cloth,
one should cook it again slowly over a gentle fire. (114)
