mūrchitaṃ ghṛtamaṇḍena kaṇṭharogeṣu dhārayet .
mukharogeṣu ca śreṣṭhaṃ pītakaṃ nāma kīrtitam .. 76 ..

and mixed with the scum of clarified butter, should be held [in the mouth] in throat diseases.
Known as Pītaka, it is celebrated as foremost in mouth diseases.
