asitasitasamutthānsandhivartmābhijātān
harati nayanarogānsevyamānā śalākā .. 145 ..
Used at sunrise, either with a collyrium paste or without, / this probe, when applied, removes eye diseases—painful, itching, inflammatory, and picciṭa diseases, / those arising from the black and white parts [of the eye], and those born in the junctions and eyelids. (145)
