tatkālaṃ nācaredūrdhvaṃ yantraṇāsnehapotavat .
tryahāttryahāddhārayettu kaṣāyairanilāpahaiḥ .. 155 ..
at that time and afterwards, one should not engage in them, like a boat filled with unctuous substance under restraint. / Every three days, one should irrigate [the eye] with decoctions that relieve vāta. (155)
