sindhūtthahiṅgutriphalāyamānī-
vyoṣairguḍāṃśairguḍakānprakuryāt .
tairbhakṣitaistṛptimavāpnuvannā
bhuñjīta mandāgnirapi prabhūtam .. 12 ..

One should make pills with rock salt, asafetida, triphalā, yamānī,
and trikaṭu, with an equal part of jaggery;
eating them, a man is satisfied
and even one with a dull digestive fire can eat copiously. // 12
