63.13

3tailasya bhāgamekaṃ .
mūtrasya dvau ca śimbidalarasasya .
gavyaṃ payaścaturguṇa
mevaṃ dattvā pacettailam .
tenābhyaṅgaḥ satataṃ rogamanāmakākhyamapaharati .. 13 ..

One part of oil, / two of urine and juice of bean leaves, / and four times as much cow's milk — / having added these, one should cook the oil; / constant massage with it removes the disease called *anāmaka*. // 13
