vyoṣaśivogrā rajanī kalkaṃ vā pītamatha payasā .
ulbaṃ niḥśeṣaṃ kurute paṭutāṃ vālasya cātyantam .. 3 ..

Or the paste of the three pungents, *śivā* (harītakī), *ugrā* (vacā), and turmeric, drunk with milk, / entirely eradicates *ulba* and brings utmost brightness to the child. // 3
