19yasya na tathā sarati
sa yavakṣāraṃ jalaṃ pibetkoṣṇam .
koṣṇaṃ triphalākvāthasa-
nāthaṃ kṣāraṃ tato'pyadhikam .. 117 ..

He whose bowels do not move in that way should drink warm water with barley alkali; / warm decoction of triphalā accompanied by alkali is even superior to that. 117
