kevalamapīdamaśitaṃ
janayatyayaso guṇānkiyataḥ .. 89 ..

They recommend taking the iron with this very [ghṛta] for one of an extremely kapha constitution; / consumed even by itself, this produces some of the virtues of iron. 89
