ṣaḍaṅguladvimukhayā nāḍyā bheṣajagarbhayā .
sa hi bhūritaraṃ doṣaṃ cūrṇatvādapakarṣati .. 12 ..

through a six-finger-long tube with two mouths filled with medicine.
For, being a powder, it extracts the doṣa in greater quantity. (12)
