ābheṣajakṣayādevaṃ dvistrirvā nasyamācaret .
snehaṃ virecanasyānte dadyāddoṣādyapekṣayā .. 19 ..

Thus one should administer nasal therapy twice or thrice until the medicine is exhausted;
at the end of evacuation, one should administer an unctuous substance with regard to the doṣas and the like. (19)
