Scarification is praised in minor skin disease, and vein puncture in major; / a patient with skin disease who has abundant doṣa should be repeatedly cleansed, while guarding vitality. // 2
A decoction of vacā, vāsā, paṭola, nimba, and phalinī bark, / drunk with honey and combined with madana, causes vomiting. // 3
