1 Tālīsa, black pepper, cavya, half-pala portions of dry ginger, / one and a half [palas] of long pepper root, and one pala of long pepper; // 66
2 there should be one karṣa of nāgapuṣpa, and half a karṣa of cardamom; / […] jaggery threefold the powder. // 67
3 A pill of the size of an akṣa taken from this, consumed with wine, soup, milk, or meat broth, / or eaten with water, destroys all [ailments] arising in the rectum: // 68
4 colic, alcohol intoxication, vomiting, urinary disorder, irregular fevers, / gulma, flank pain, swelling, diseases of the heart, anemia, and malabsorption disorder, // 69
5 cough, hiccup, anorexia, dyspnea, worms, diarrhea, jaundice, / sluggish digestive fire, dysuria, and severe swelling. // 70
6 This very powder, with fourfold powdered sugar, / is especially like ambrosia in disorders associated with the bile humour. // 71
7 Or that very pill, distinguished by three palas of chebulic myrobalan, / is exceedingly destructive of swelling, hemorrhoids, malabsorption disorder, anemia, and colic. // 72
8 It is as follows: O white one, in the sovereignty of the white one, in the jurisdiction of the hundred, svāhā!
