vinayo hīndriyajayastadyuktaḥ śāstramṛcchati
tanniṣṭhasya hi śāstrārthāḥ prasīdanti tataḥ paraṃ

For discipline is mastery over the senses; one endowed with that attains the treatise. / For him who is devoted to that, the meanings of the treatises become clear thereafter.
