na tu nṛpavihīnāḥ syurdurguṇā hyapitu prajāḥ . yathā na vidhavendrāṇī sarvadā tu tathā prajāḥ ..95..

but subjects should never be without a king, even if they have bad qualities. / Just as Indrāṇī is never a widow, so too are subjects at all times.
