brāhmasya tu kṣapāhasya yat pramāṇaṃ samāsataḥ
ekaikaśo yugānāṃ tu kramaśas tan nibodhata //

But hear now the brief (description of) the duration of a night and a day of Brahman and of the several ages (of the world, yuga) according to their order.
