itareṣāṃ tu paṇyānāṃ vikrayād iha kāmataḥ
brāhmaṇaḥ saptarātreṇa vaiśyabhāvaṃ niyacchati //

But by willingly selling in this world other (forbidden) commodities, a Brahmana assumes after seven nights the character of a Vaisya.
