ta eva hi trayo lokās ta eva traya āśramāḥ
ta eva hi trayo vedās ta evoktās trayo 'gnayaḥ //
For they are declared to be the three worlds, they the three (principal) orders, they the three Vedas, and they the three sacred fires.
