ata ūrdhvaṃ trayo 'py ete yathākālam asaṃskṛtāḥ
sāvitrīpatitā vrātyā bhavanty āryavigarhitāḥ //

After those (periods men of) these three (castes) who have not received the sacrament at the proper time, become Vratyas (outcasts), excluded from the Savitri (initiation) and despised by the Aryans.
