etayā rcā visaṃyuktaḥ kāle ca kriyayā svayā
brahmakṣatriyaviśyonir garhaṇāṃ yāti sādhuṣu //

The Brahmana, the Kshatriya, and the Vaisya who neglect (the recitation of) that Rik-verse and the timely (performance of the) rites (prescribed for) them, will be blamed among virtuous men.
