ye pākayajñās catvāro vidhiyajñasamanvitāḥ
sarve te japayajñasya kalāṃ nārhanti ṣoḍaśīm //
The four Pakayagnas and those sacrifices which are enjoined by the rules (of the Veda) are all together not equal in value to a sixteenth part of the sacrifice consisting of muttered prayers.
