śrutismṛtyuditaṃ dharmam anutiṣṭhan hi mānavaḥ
iha kīrtim avāpnoti pretya cānuttamaṃ sukham //

For that man who obeys the law prescribed in the revealed texts and in the sacred tradition, gains fame in this (world) and after death unsurpassable bliss.
