ye stenapatitaklībā ye ca nāstikavṛttayaḥ
tān havyakavyayor viprān anarhān manur abravīt //

Manu has declared that those Brahmanas who are thieves, outcasts, eunuchs, or atheists are unworthy (to partake) of oblations to the gods and manes.
