pṛthak pṛthag vā miśrau vā vivāhau pūrvacoditau
gāndharvo rākṣasaś caiva dharmyau kṣatrasya tau smṛtau //

For Kshatriyas those before-mentioned two rites, the Gandharva and the Rakshasa, whether separate or mixed, are permitted by the sacred tradition.
