tāsām ādyāś catasras tu ninditaikādaśī ca yā
trayodaśī ca śeṣās tu praśastā daśarātrayaḥ //

But among these the first four, the eleventh and the thirteenth are (declared to be) forbidden; the remaining nights are recommended.
