na rājñaḥ pratigṛhṇīyād arājanyaprasūtitaḥ
sūnācakradhvajavatāṃ veśenaiva ca jīvatām //

Let him not accept presents from a king who is not descended from the Kshatriya race, nor from butchers, oil-manufacturers, and publicans, nor from those who subsist by the gain of prostitutes.
