śaucavidhiḥ kṛtsno dravyaśuddhis tathaiva ca
ukto vaḥ sarvavarṇānāṃ strīṇāṃ dharmān nibodhata //
Thus the rules of personal purification for men of all castes, and those for cleaning (inanimate) things, have been fully declared to you: hear now the duties of women.
