lohitān vṛkṣaniryāsān prabhavāṃs tathā
śeluṃ gavyaṃ ca prayatnena vivarjayet //

One should carefully avoid red exudations from trees and (juices) flowing from incisions, the Selu (fruit), and the thickened milk of a cow (which she gives after calving).
