uccāvaceṣu bhūteṣu durjñeyām akṛtātmabhiḥ
dhyānayogena saṃpaśyed gatim asyāntarātmanaḥ //

Let him recognise by the practice of meditation the progress of the individual soul through beings of various kinds, (a progress) hard to understand for unregenerate men.
