nityam udyatadaṇḍasya kṛtsnam udvijate jagat
tasmāt sarvāṇi bhūtāni daṇḍenaiva prasādhayet //

Of him who is always ready to strike, the whole world stands in awe; let him therefore make all creatures subject to himself even by the employment of force.
