adeśyaṃ yaś ca diśati nirdiśyāpahnute ca yaḥ
yaś cādharottarān arthān vigītān nāvabudhyate //
(The plaintiff) who calls a witness not present at the transaction, who retracts his statements, or does not perceive that his statements (are) confused or contradictory;
