bālavṛddhāturāṇāṃ ca sākṣyeṣu vadatāṃ mṛṣā
jānīyād asthirāṃ vācam utsiktamanasāṃ tathā //
But the (judge) should consider the evidence of infants, aged and diseased men, who (are apt to) speak untruly, as untrustworthy, likewise that of men with disordered minds.
