yavīyāñ jyeṣṭhabhāryāyāṃ putram utpādayed yadi
samas tatra vibhāgaḥ syād iti dharmo vyavasthitaḥ //

If a younger brother begets a son on the wife of the elder, the division must then be made equally; this the law is settled.
