sarveṣām apy abhāve tu brāhmaṇā rikthabhāginaḥ
traividyāḥ śucayo dāntās tathā dharmo na hīyate //
But on failure of all (heirs) Brahmanas (shall) share the estate, (who are) versed the in the three Vedas, pure and self-controlled; thus the law is not violated.
