yās tāsāṃ syur duhitaras tāsām api yathārhataḥ
mātāmahyā dhanāt kiṃ cit pradeyaṃ prītipūrvakam //
Even to the daughters of those (daughters) something should be given, as is seemly, out of the estate of their maternal grandmother, on the score of affection.
