anaṃśau klībapatitau jātyandhabadhirau tathā
unmattajaḍamūkāś ca ye ca ke cin nirindriyāḥ //

Eunuchs and outcasts, (persons) born blind or deaf, the insane, idiots and the dumb, as well as those deficient in any organ (of action or sensation), receive no share.
