rājñaḥ kośāpahartṝṃś ca
ghātayed vividhair daṇḍair arīṇāṃ copajāpakān //
On those who rob the king's treasury and those who persevere in opposing (his commands), he shall inflict various kinds of capital punishment, likewise on those who conspire with his enemies.
