pakṣān utsārya kāryas tu sabhyaiḥ kāryaviniścayaḥ /
anutsāritanirṇikte virodhaḥ pretya ceha ca //
Whenever the (false) assertions have been removed, the judges shall pass a decree. If they pass a judgment, before the false statements have been removed, they will cause evil in the next world and in this.
