vyavahāramukhaṃ caitat pūrvam uktaṃ svayaṃbhuvā /
mukhaśuddhau hi śuddhiḥ syād vyavahārasya nānyathā //

This has been formerly declared by the self-existent Being to be the mouth of a lawsuit. If the mouth of a lawsuit is in order, the whole suit is in order, but not otherwise.
