ye tu sabhyāḥ sabhāṃ gatvā tūṣṇīṃ dhyāyanta āsate /
yathāprāptaṃ na bruvate sarve te 'nṛtavādinaḥ //

Those members of a court who, after having entered it, sit mute and meditative, and do not speak when the occasion arises, are liars all of them.
