yatra sabhyo janaḥ sarvaḥ sādhv etad iti manyate /
sa niḥśalyo vivādaḥ syāt saśalyaḥ syād ato 'nyathā //
When the whole aggregate of the members of a judicial assembly declare, 'This is right,' the lawsuit loses the dart, otherwise the dart remains in it.
