iṃdra śuddhona āgahi śuddha śuddhā bhirū tibhiḥ .
śuddho rayiṃ nidhāraya śśuddhoma maddhi somyaḥ . .
iṃdra śuddhohinorayiṃ śuddho ratnāni dāśuṣe .
śuddho vṛtrāṇi jighnase śuddho vājaṃ siṣāsasi ..

"Indra, pure, come to us, pure, with pure protections; pure, bestow wealth; pure, delight, worthy of soma! / Indra, pure, send wealth; pure, [give] treasures to the worshipper; pure, you strike the Vṛtras; pure, you seek to win the prize! /"
