karṇikāyāṃ nyaseddhīmān sthāpayetteṣu kuṃbhakaṃ .
ā kalaṣeṣu maṃtreṇa kalaśe sthāpanaṃ smṛtaṃ .. 9
The wise man should place [the deity] in the pericarp, and establish the pitcher upon them. / The establishing upon the sacred pot is remembered to be performed with the mantra ‘ā kalaśeṣu’. 9
