arathajaḥ - nāradaḥ :-----
site narajasācchannādi grāma vana parvatāḥ .
yadātadā bhavaṃtye teni dhanaṃ yāṃti bhūmipāḥ ..
bhūmodbhavastu yasyāṃ vaitasyāṃ diśi vināśanaṃ .
ṛtāvasyatra śiśirāsatsaṃ pūrṇa phaladaṃ rajaḥ ..
iti rajaḥ ..

Now, [the portent of] dust.
Nārada:
When the quarters, villages, forests, and mountains are covered with white dust, / then these [portents] occur, and kings go to their death.
Or, from whichever direction it arises from the earth, there is destruction in that quarter; / except in the cold season, dust bears its full fruit here.
Thus concludes [the section on] dust.
