gajāśvaratthyā valmīka saṃgamā hṛdagokulāt .
rājadvāra praveśācca mṛdamānīya nikṣipet ..

Having brought earth from the path of an elephant, a horse, a chariot, an anthill, a confluence, a lake, a cowpen,
and from the threshold of a king's gate, one should throw it [into them].
