udyadarkasamaṃ puṣpaṃ phalaṃ siṃdhūrasannibhaṃ .
bījapūrodaroyasmāggarbhadaṃ ḍāḍimaṃ mama .. 33

Whose flower is like the rising sun, whose fruit is like vermilion, / whose interior is full of seeds: because of this, O pomegranate, give an embryo to me! (33)
