I invoke the Lord of the Gods. In the western half thereof: 'Obeisance to Jaya; I invoke Jaya.' In the two north-western halves, on the left hand: to Rājayakṣman and Rudra. There, in the eastern half: 'Obeisance to Rājayakṣman; I invoke Rājayakṣman.' In the western half-plot: 'Obeisance to Rudra; I invoke Rudra.' In the two north-eastern half-plots, on the chest and face: Āpa and Āpavatsa. There, in the eastern half: 'Obeisance to the Waters; I invoke the Waters.' In the western half: 'Obeisance to Āpavatsa; I invoke Āpavatsa.' In the southern half of the north-eastern plot, on the head of the Vāstu deity: 'Obeisance to Śikhin; I invoke Śikhin.'
