sakulyair vidyamānas tu pitṛbhrātṛsanābhibhiḥ /
asutasya pramītasya patnī tad bhāgahāriṇī //
Although kinsmen (Sakulyas), although his father and mother, although uterine brothers be living, the wife of him who dies without leaving male issue shall succeed to his share.
